ABOUT ME

I have over 25 years of experience driving profitable and sustainable growth in different industries across the Asia Pacific region. I have successfully transformed businesses to deliver impactful results through competitive positioning, digitization, innovation, performance optimization and agile methodologies. My unique experience managing the full spectrum of business lifecycles, from the initial phases of new product introduction to the comprehensive support of aftermarket services, equips me with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.

A hallmark of my leadership is my unwavering commitment to leadership development and social value creation. I strive to cultivate aligned leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster high-performance cultures. I lead by example and actively encourage my teams to contribute to social causes. During the Thai Cave Rescue of 2018, I flew into Thailand on short notice to speak to the mayor leading the rescue efforts, ensuring our international technical experts gained site access. I serve as a Chief Changemaker under the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre and am honored to be a recipient of the Singapore Red Cross Commendation Award.

I am dedicated to advancing Environmental and Business Sustainability by leveraging my extensive experience in power and propulsion, marine and offshore engineering, renewable energy, water and wastewater management, lifecycle services, digitization, and government policy to solve multidisciplinary challenges. I am always keen to expand my impact in this area.

I thrive in fast-paced environments, empowering and leading teams, employing strategies and tactics to achieve successful outcomes, and developing future leaders through mentoring and coaching.

In addition to volunteering, I am eager to contribute my professional skills to serve on the boards of non-profit organizations, particularly in social services and animal welfare. (I am an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.) Please reach out if there are opportunities.
